We currently offer delivery within the continental United States + Canada through USPS. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside of the continental United States  + Canada at this time. SPECIAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
If you require faster delivery options, if you are requesting delivery to a location outside our shipping service area, or if you have other delivery specifications, please contact us directly by e-mail at hello@chelsealeifken.com.
DELIVERY TIME
We generally ship within one week for regularly stocked items. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. With FEDEX GROUND, your package will have a delivery range of 7-10 business days, depending on your location. 
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order at USPS.COM. If you have further questions about your order, please e-mail us at hello@chelsealeifken.com.
GIFT WRAPPING 
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift-wrapping at this time. However, we are happy to include a note to the recipient. Please let us know what you would like us to write at checkout. If you would like us to not include any payment receipts in the package, please be specific at checkout.

RETURNS

ALL COMMISSIONED ART IS FINAL SALE.

All clothing, prints and home goods are only returnable if the item is damaged and/or you received a mislabeled item. Please email hello@chelsealeifken.com to be advised on the next steps.

CHELSEALEIFKEN.COM will accept items for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Item must be returned in new condition and resealable packaging, with receipt.  Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a CHELSEALEIFKEN.COM credit via email. Please note that we can not refund shipping charges on exchanged items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. 
 
PRODUCTION QUALITIES 
Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
